Atmosphere
In order to promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, please do not bring children and turn your pager/cell phone off upon arrival.

Check In
When you schedule your appointment, you will be instructed when to arrive in relation to your appointment time.  This will vary according to how the schedule is that day and the service you are having. At times it may be necessary to arrive up to 15 minutes before an appointment (initial visit), and other times we may need you to arrive only 5 minutes early. Initial visits allow time to complete an intake form, enjoy some tea or other drink and change into your spa attire. The scheduled appointment time is the actual time your treatment will begin.

Cancellation Policy
This time is set aside especially for you so as a kind courtesy, at least 24 hours advance notice is required to cancel an appointment. This is also a good idea when changing/rescheduling an appointment.

Late Arrival Policy
If you are late, your treatment will be shortened or you will need to reschedule depending on the circumstances that day.

Referrals are the best way for my business to grow and I value your confidence. You will receive discounts on future services for every referral you send.

Minimum Age
Minimum age is 18 years OR with parental consent/accompanied by an adult.
