Atmosphere

In order to promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, please do not bring children and turn your pager or cell phone off upon arrival.

Check In Policy

When you schedule your appointment, you will be instructed when to arrive in relation to your appointment time. Initial visits allow time to complete an intake form and short consultation, enjoy a beverage and change into your spa attire. The scheduled appointment time is the actual time your treatment will begin.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, at least 24 hours advance notice is required to cancel an appointment. This is also requested when changing/rescheduling an appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

Your treatment may be shortened or you will need to reschedule depending on the circumstances that day.

Client Policy

Minimum age is 18 years or with parental consent/accompanied by an adult. Male clients are by referral only.
